Our HMO management is a set 12% plus VAT. We can manage all HMO works from full HMO refurbishment to just a room decoration. We manage all aspect of HMO management including weekly fire tests and block safe training for tenants when moving in. Our tenants fees are a fixed 100 per tenant. There is no deposit for rooms and tenants can pay weekly under licence.
